2. Service Descriptions
Webster's Service provides farm equipment repair and maintenance services. All services are described as accurately as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All repair estimates provided on our website or over the phone are approximations only. Final pricing may vary based on the actual work required after diagnosis.
We provide written estimates before beginning any repair work exceeding $200. By approving the estimate, you agree to the stated terms and pricing.
Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect work already in progress once an estimate has been approved.
4. Warranty Information
We offer a 12-month warranty on labor for most repair work. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and are subject to their respective terms.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by operator error or neglect
- Repairs performed by parties other than Webster's Service
- Pre-existing conditions not identified during initial repair
To claim warranty service, customers must return to our shop for evaluation. We do not provide on-site warranty service.
5. Appointments and Cancellations
We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a diagnostic fee.
We understand that farming schedules can be unpredictable due to weather and field conditions. If you need to cancel due to circumstances beyond your control, please call us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to shop capacity or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Webster's Service. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Webster's Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kentucky.
